My background

I have been a water baby since the day I could walk. My love for water started at a very young age and have been an avid swimmer my entire life, swimming in High School and for a club sport at my college. In addition to swimming, I have been a surfer since age 11, competing at state and national levels. I am also a level 3 certified US Masters Swim Coach.

My love of oceans has been with me my entire life, so it was no surprise when I transitioned from Triathlon to Marathon Swimming in 2018. My love of swimming and specifically marathon swimming, has brought me to a place where all I want to do is give back to the sport that has brought me so much joy. I love working with swimmers and triathletes seeking to attempt their first marathon swim. I am also happy to support seasoned marathon swimmer looking to fine tune your training or problem solve challenges you face. It would be my honor to support you on your journey.

Marathon Swim + Endurance Sports Accomplishments

My marathon swimming accomplishments include the Triple Crown of California, Triple Crown of Tahoe, record breaking Round Trip Angel Island in 2020 as well as holding the record for most Round Trip Angel Island swims (currently 6). I bring a wealth of knowledge from 16 years of endurance sports training to support both beginning athletes to advanced athletes alike. I have in depth knowledge to support Triathletes having competed in Triathlons for 8 Years and completed two full Ironmans and can create a training plan taking into account your triathlon training regimen as well.
